Paid services are subject to the applicable commercial terms. Taxes, payment schedules, subscription terms and cancellation conditions will be communicated as part of the relevant engagement.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided according to the applicable agreement and service description. To the extent permitted by law, Cloud Teck does not guarantee that every service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the extent and exclusions established in the applicable written agreement.
